On April 13-14th, we are having our 30 Hour Famine. We are raising money to fight hunger in some of the hardest hit areas in the World. Did you know that a child dies from totally preventable hunger related causes every 8 seconds?. Its a heart breaking fact and as Christians we have a responsibility to give justice and freedom to those in need. Just as Jesus fed the 5,000, our youth are learning to be hungry in solidarity, and to share what they have with others.

The event itself will be a fun and Spirit filled lock-in at the church with lots of games, painting our very own prayer labyrinth, worship and a fun service project.

We will end out time with Holy Communion and a meal.
